1. Acceptance of these terms

If you do not agree with any part of this page, please do not use the site. We may revise these terms from time to time; the version published here at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order.

2. Your account and acceptable use

You may browse without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your login details to yourself. You agree not to scrape the catalogue, resell our product photography or listings, place orders you do not intend to accept, or use the site in a way that interferes with it for anyone else.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include any taxes that apply to the sale. We are below the GST registration threshold that applies to an individual seller, so no separate GST line is added at checkout and we do not issue a tax invoice bearing a GSTIN.

Payment is by UPI in advance or by Cash on Delivery. Cards are not accepted — no credit card payments, no debit card payments, and no PayPal or international wallet. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm the order and never after.

4. Orders, confirmation and our right to decline

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — before or after confirmation — where stock has run out, where a price or description was published in error, where the delivery address is outside our courier network, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you get the full amount back.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellation

6. Intellectual property

The layout of this site, its descriptive copy, the photographs we have produced and the Univers Tee name and logo belong to us and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. Product names and marks belonging to third parties, where they appear, remain the property of their owners and are used only to describe what an item is. You may not copy our content for commercial use without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or any product bought through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. Questions about this page can go to sales@universtee.shop.
