Cancelling before dispatch
Email sales@universtee.shop with your order number and the word cancel. We stop the parcel, and the full amount goes back to where it came from.
After the parcel has left
Once the courier has scanned the parcel in, we cannot recall it. You have two options: refuse the delivery at your door, or accept it and start a return under our Refund and Returns Policy.
When we cancel an order
Occasionally we cancel from our side — an item turns out damaged in stock, a price was published wrong, or the delivery PIN sits outside our courier network. You hear from us the same working day and any amount already paid is refunded in full.
How the money comes back
A cancelled prepaid order is refunded within 5–7 business days, in line with normal Reserve Bank of India settlement timelines for such reversals; your bank may take a further working day to show it. A Cash on Delivery order cancelled before dispatch costs nothing at all, because nothing has been paid.
There is no cancellation charge in either direction — no partial fee, no hidden deduction.
