Written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000).

What we collect

  • your name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email address, so an order can be shipped and its status communicated
  • the contents and value of your order
  • any message you send us, kept with the order it relates to
  • basic technical data — browser, device, pages viewed — in aggregate, to keep the site working

What we never collect

We hold no payment instrument details. UPI approval takes place inside your own banking application and no payment credential is transmitted to or retained by this website. We also collect no biometric data, no government identity numbers and no special category of personal data.

Why we hold it, and who else sees it

Solely to process and deliver your order, to answer you when you write in, to handle a return or refund, and to meet record-keeping obligations under Indian law. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anybody.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses functional cookies to keep your basket intact between pages, and simple aggregate analytics to see which pages are being read. You can block cookies in your browser; the basket may stop remembering itself if you do.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it once the order it relates to is closed, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write in and we will act within thirty days. Order records are kept only as long as tax and consumer-law record-keeping require, then deleted.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect data from a minor. If you believe a child’s data has reached us, tell us and it will be deleted.

Security and replacement requests

Data in transit is encrypted and access to order records is limited to the proprietor. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and the relevant authority. Replacement requests for a damaged or defective item are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy and need only the order number and the unboxing evidence described there.
