How this started
A kitchen sink ordered online for a flat in Hyderabad, delivered in four days, and nineteen millimetres too wide for the counter cut-out. The listing had given a model number and a photograph and no usable dimension anywhere. Sending it back cost more than the plumber.
The same thing then happened with a smart plug that turned out to be a two-pin fitting for a different market. Two expensive mistakes, both caused by the same missing information, and both entirely avoidable.
Almost every return in this category is a number that was never printed on the page.
Our commitment
Dimensions on every listing
Cut-out size, overall size, thread and pin type. If we cannot confirm a measurement we say so rather than copying the manufacturer’s guess.

Anything electrical is checked against Indian mains and plug type before it is listed.

Our story
